We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years/Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive school community. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys being around young children and is committed to making a real difference in their early educational journey.

At our school, we believe in the power of play and curiosity to unlock a child's potential. We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who will relish the chance to:

• Spark curiosity: Encourage children to explore, question, and discover the world around them through engaging and imaginative activities.

• Embrace play-based learning: Support children's development through creative play, both indoors and outdoors, fostering social skills, problem-solving, and a love for learning.

• Support academic and social needs: Work collaboratively with the class teacher to provide tailored support for children's academic progress and social-emotional development, helping every child to thrive.

Our children are wonderful, and some have additional needs. Therefore, we particularly welcome applications from candidates with some experience of working with children with diverse learning requirements. Your empathy, patience, and ability to adapt will be highly valued.
