Payments

Payments:

All payments are now collected through the Arbor Parent Portal app.  For details on Arbor, please go to this page.

Due to the way Arbor functions, it is not possible for split families to have seperate accounts with the school.  This means that parent A tops up an account, it can be seen and spent by Parent B.  If you foresee this as an issue, we suggest a pay-as-you-book system for Wraparound care where the booking parent will top up only the amount they will immediately spend.  The same can be done with the Meal account.

Paying for School dinners

Payments for school dinners are conducted through a top-up account system.  Parents put money on to their account, and the correct amount is deducted when the child orders a dinner.  Your account will go into debt if you have insufficient funds to cover the meal.  You will receive a polite reminder to top up your account when it goes into debt.

If you have more than one child at the school, you will have more than one Meals account that pays for that particular child only..  Please ensure that you are topping up the correct account.

To top up your account, find Accounts - Meals on the app and use your card to add funds.

Paying for Wraparound Care

Breakfast Club and After school Club are paid for through a top-up account system.  You are unable to book a session in either club if you do not have sufficient funds to cover the cost, therefore you will not be able to run up a debt.  For details about using childcare vouchers, please see the Wraparound Care page.

To top up your account, find Accounts - Wraparound on the app and use your card to add funds.

Payments for trips

Trips are paid for on a pay-as-you-go basis.  Once a trip becomes available to you you will see it under Activities - Trips on the Arbor app.  Sign up and consent for the trip and you will be given the opportunity to make your voluntary contribution.  This money will come straight from your bank account, not from any top-up account.
